Bench Warrant Arrest
On January 18, 2016 the Cumberland Police served a bench warrant on Andrew Steven Spencer for failing to appear for court. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held on $3000 pending his next appearance in District Court.

Arrest Warrant Served
On January 20, 2016 the Cumberland Police served an arrest warrant on Orlando Cornell Meade for assault and burglary. The arrest warrant was the result of an investigation that occurred on December 22, 2015 when police responded to a residence in the 400 block of Baltimore Avenue for an assault complaint. Investigation revealed Meade had assaulted a female when he forced his way into the residence. The victim had minor injuries that did not require medical treatment. After Meade’s arrest he was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held without bond pending his next appearance in District Court.
