On Friday, December 16, 2023, at approximately 630pm, The Cumberland City Police responded to the 200 block of Beall St for the report of a destruction of property. Upon arrival on scene, officers located a white passenger vehicle. The vehicle was found to have multiple punctured tires and a broken windshield.
