A press conference by the Polk County, Florida Sheriff’s office has shed more light on the fraud scheme involving area residents. Sheriff Grady Judd said that eight suspects have been arrested in the scheme that resulted in over $8 million dollars in stolen funds. The investigation involves local resident Antonio Penn and others at a Cumberland M&T Bank branch selling data information of elderly account holders …

   

“His assignment at the bank didn’t allow him access so what did he do? He went to two of his associates. Barbara Frazee and Camala Shafer and they were either giving him access to the bank data or giving him the code so he could access the bank data.”
