District 1 Senator Mike McKay were summoned to a call with the Moore administration on Wednesday when he and others learned about the denial of FEMA benefits for Allegany County.  They were presented with a short, three-paragraph summary that did not contain much detail and left a lot unanswered…

   

“We didn’t have the details about why we were denied, so to me, unless you see the report or you have an actual conversation, it’s just an opinion, and the last thing I want to do is interject politics into opinion when I’ve got people that are hurting in Allegany County.”
