The Mayor and City Council of Cumberland will meet in public session beginning at 4:00 p.m. in Room 230 of the County Complex (701 Kelly Road) on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, for the purpose of immediately closing the meeting to discuss the development of parcels on the former Memorial Hospital site. Authority to close the session is provided by Section 3-305(b)(4) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
