he Allegany County Combined Criminal Investigations Unit (C3I) is still actively investigating the homicide of Todd Ellisworth Adams, Jr., which occurred in December 2024 at the Frederick Street Parking Garage in Cumberland.

 

The public's help is essential in this matter. Anyone with information, no matter how small it may seem, is encouraged to come forward. Every detail could be crucial in moving this investigation forward.
