On Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, the Cumberland City Police responded to a residence in the 300 block of Pulaski St for the report of an assault. Once on scene, officers contacted the alleged victim of the assault. The victim advised that they had been arguing with the male suspect inside the home. It was then alleged that the suspect threw the victim into some furniture, causing visible signs of injury. As a result, Kevin William Page Sr, 59, was placed under arrest. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.
