On 10/09/2023 at approximately 7:15 PM the Cumberland City Police were dispatched to a business on Queen City Drive. An employee advised that Matthew Duvall had stolen from the business and he had previously been served a no trespassing letter. The officer located Duvall and placed him under arrest. Duvall was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center for central booking. Duvall received a hearing before a District Court Commissioner and was held on a $2,500.00 bond.
Arrested – Matthew Hunter Duvall (38) Cumberland, MD
Charges – Theft less than $100.00, Trespassing Private Property
