On 02/08/2023 at approximately 8:20 PM the Cumberland City Police Department were dispatched to 12000 block of Willow Brook Road for a disturbance. Upon arrival officers observed security and other staff speaking to Gerald Judy Jr. outside the Emergency Department waiting room. Judy was still refusing to leave the premises and yelling at staff. Judy was placed under arrest and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center. Judy was seen before a District Court Commissioner and released on an unsecured $3,000.00 bond.
Arrested – Gerald Jay Judy Jr (46) Ridgeley, WV
Charges – Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct, Failure to Obey a Lawful Order, and Disturbing the Peace
