The City of Cumberland will be conducting its annual Groundhog Day festivities Tuesday morning outside of City Hall. The program, a popular tradition, will be scaled back somewhat this year with the event limited to a brief outdoor ceremony. Mayor Ray Morriss will serve as master of ceremonies along with Tri-State Zoological Park owner Bob Candy who will bring along the star of the show- Western Maryland Murray- official prognosticator for the region.
