The Hagerstown Barrack received a call for service for a serious collision involving a tractor- trailer and a mini- van westbound I-70, west of I-81. Units arriving found a mini-van was overturned in the travelled portion. Both westbound lanes of I-70 were shut down from I-81 to Greencastle Pike. All traffic is urged to avoid that area and to take alternate routes, as the roadway will be shut down for an undetermined amount of time for the investigation.
