The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C have combined resources to target open and active warrants. As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended. Friday, August 11, 2023

Robert Allen Grady Sr., 55, of Frostburg, was arrested on a District Court Warrant for two (2) counts of 2nd Degree Assault and Malicious Destruction of Property less than $1000. When Mr. Grady was placed under arrest, he was searched. Located on his person during the search incident to arrest was suspected Fentanyl and Alprazolam. Additionally, charges were then filed including: Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance – Not Cannabis (Fentanyl) and Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances – Not Cannabis (Alprazolam). He was transported to the Allegany County Detention Center – Central Booking where he awaits his appearance before a District Court Commissioner.
