Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Maryland State Police – Barrack C have combined resources to target open and active warrants.
As a result, the following individuals have been apprehended.

Jason Michael Brown, 39, of Pasadena, MD was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure To Appear. His original charge is Motor Vehicle/Unlawful Taking, Theft: $1,500 To Under $25,000, Unauthorized Removal of Motor Vehicle and Theft Less Than $100. He is currently held at the Allegany County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond in this matter.
John Michael Pinson, 35, of Frostburg, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Pre-Trial Release. His original charges are Traffic Violations including Knowingly Driving an Uninsured Vehicle. He is currently held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in District Court.
Karina Michelle Iser, 26, of Fort Ashby, WV was served a District Court Arrest Warrant for Charges including: Assault 1st and 2nd Degree, Robbery, Conspire-Assault First Degree, Conspire-Assault 2nd Degree, Conspiracy – Reckless Endangerment, and Theft: $100 to under $1,500. She was released on her own recognizance at her initial appearance.
Ronald Lee Iser, 47, of Ridgeley, WV was served s District Court Arrest Warrant for Charges including: Conspire Assault-First Degree, Conspire Robbery, Conspire Assault- Second Degree and Conspire-Reckless Endangerment. He was released on a $2,500 unsecured personal bond at his initial appearance.
Kaihmonte Lee Gallman, 28, of Baltimore, was served two (2) Grand Jury Criminal Indictments. Charges for both Indictments include: CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession With Intent to Distribute: Narcotics. He is currently held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
Shelly Marie Davis, 32, of Frostburg, was served two (2) Bench Warrants. On District Court warrant for Failure to Appear where her original charges include: Theft Less Than $100. The second warrant was a Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation where her original charge was Neglect of Minor. She is currently held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
