On Thursday, September 18, 2025, following student dismissal, Braddock Middle School received a report of an alleged threat made by one student toward other students and the school. Braddock Administration and law enforcement officials immediately initiated an investigation, which remains ongoing to determine the validity of the threat.  

As a precaution, additional police presence was on site this morning to ensure student safety. The school remains safe, and the regular instructional routine is in place as we continue to follow up with the parents and students involved.

Student safety is our top priority, and we will continue to update the school community as needed.
