Survivors of Miners Act Introduced

U.S. Senators from Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio have introduced new legislation to further support the families of deceased miners who died from Black Lung disease.  The Relief for Survivors of Miners Act would ease restrictions and make it easier for families to claim benefits.  Black Lung is a disease caused by the long-term inhalation of coal dust.
