On December 18th Officers from the Cumberland Police Department (CPD) were dispatched to Martins Food Market on Park Street for a theft. Upon arrival and through further investigation it was learned that Angela Francine Growden did order items on-line for pick up. Upon arrival she gathered more items then ordered without paying for them. She was placed under arrested and issued one Maryland Uniform Criminal Citation for theft less than $1,0000. She was released from the scene.
