On July 27th, 2023 at approximately 8:40 p.m., the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business on Queen City Drive for a theft. Upon arrival officers were given a description of a female, suspect that had left the store with a remote control toy car. An officer located the suspect, Tiffany Marie Chandler, a short distance away from the store. Chandler was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters. Chandler was then issued a citation for the theft, and she was released pending trial at District Court.
