One of the oldest and tallest buildings in Cumberland has been sold, with the new owners looking at a variety of uses for the structure. Pastor Fred Timbrook and his wife Kristen have purchased the Lila Building at 81-83 Baltimore Street and an adjacent parking lot. The six story building, for many years, housed Liberty Bank . The transaction to buy the building from Global Marketing Systems was finalized at the end of June. Mr Timbrook tells WCBC News he and his wife foresee a a mixed use for the building with upper story loft apartments part of the plan with the lower floors used for commercial operations as well as providing out reach services…
