On January 16th, Officers from the Cumberland Police Department (CPD) were dispatched to I-68 roadway for a person on a bicycle. Officers observed that Mackenzie Troy Leahey rode his bicycle on I-68 roadway and decided to stop in one of the three main lanes. It was observed that vehicles were swerving to avoid striking him. Mackenzie was arrested on scene, taken off I-68 roadway for his safety to Police Headquarters. He received two Criminal Citations and was released from Police Headquarters.
Arrest: Mackenzie Troy Leahey, age 28, Pennsylvania
Charges: Trespassing and Disorderly Conduct
