On Monday, April 10, 2023 at approximately 4:56 PM, an officer of the Cumberland Police Department was on patrol in the area of Queen City Drive when he observed Matthew Nazelrod cross the train tracks which is clearly marked ‘No Trespassing’. Nazelrod was placed under arrest and searched. He was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and suspected crack cocaine. Nazelrod was issued criminal citations and released pending trial.

CHARGES: Trespassing: Posted Property, CDS: Possess-Not Cannabis (x2)
