On Saturday, September 2, 2023 at approximately 6:36 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 600 block of Lincoln Street for a disturbance. Officers contacted the involved parties, Michael Sharon and Morgan Grubb. Police learned that a mutual assault had occurred. Officers observed that both subjects had sustained injuries from the altercation. Sharon and Grubb were arrested and transported to Central Booking. Grubb was also served with a summons that was issued as the result of an incident that occurred on July 13, 2023. On this date at approximately 4:13 AM, officers responded to Bellevue Street at Baltimore Avenue for a motor vehicle crash. Grubb was found to be driving uninsured and charges were filed against her at the District Court of Allegany County. Grubb signed for her copy of the summons. Sharon and Grubb were seen by a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing. Sharon posted a $1,500 unsecured personal bond. Grubb was released on her personal recognizance.
