Vacant 19 Frederick Street Building to be Signed into New Development

City officials are close to signing off on a deal that will lead to development of the vacant 19 Frederick Street building. That building was constructed between 1902 and 1904- and over the decades has been used as a post office, police station and an HRDC senior center-  but it has sat vacant for several years now. The Cumberland Economic Development Corporation put out a request for proposals in October and there was immediate, significant interest.
