Cumberland City Police were called to a business on Virginia Avenue early Sunday morning for a disturbance.  When officers arrived they found a large group in the parking lot yelling and screaming.  The police officers attempted deescalate the situation.  24 year old Lee Phillip, of Lorton Virginia, continued to cause a disturbance and was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct
