The West Virginia Secretary of State is maintaining that the 2020 Presidential election was improperly influenced by federal officials. His basis for that opinion is centered on the controversy surrounding a letter about Hunter Biden’s laptop that he says was used to create a debate point for Joe Biden in an appearance against Donald Trump.
