WCBC’s Dave Norman spoke with Allegany County School Board President Bob Farrell on Thursday regarding a warning sent from Anne Arundel Public Schools that high school seniors who violate any alcohol or drug rules before the end of the school year would not be permitted to participate in any senior activities including prom, graduation, or award ceremonies.
