Carl Anthony Prather Jr, 22 of Washington DC, was arrested on a Princes George's County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear that has been active since 6/20/2023. This was his second failure to appear in this case. His original charges include: Firearm Possession with Felony Conviction, Regulated Firearm: Illegal Possession, Loaded Handgun on Person, Handgun on Person, Detach Magazine Over 10 Rounds, Illegal Possession Ammunition. He is being held at ACDC on a detainer.
Melody Joy Llewellyn, 45 of Frostburg, was served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Comply. Her original charges include: Malicious Burning-2nd Degree and Arson- Trash Containers. She is being held without bond.
Yostin Alejandro Zungia-Mejia, 21 of Morgantown, WV was extradited from the North Central Regional Jail in Greenwood, WV and served a District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. His original charges include: Driving without a License. He was released on his own recognizance.
Isaac Frances Valcarcel, 25 of York, PA, was arrested on a District Court Arrest Warrant for:
Attempted-1st Degree Murder, Attempted-2nd Degree Murder, Assault-1st Degree, Assault-2nd Degree, Reckless Endangerment, and Trespass-Posted Property. Information was received that Valcarcel was at the Rocky Gap Casino. The Allegany County Sheriff's Office Patrol, County Combined Criminal Investigations (C3I) Unit and Allegany County Combined Warrant Unit responded to Rocky Gap and placed Valcarcel under arrest without incident. He is being held without bond at this time.
Paul Campbell Jr., 38 of Salem, WV was extradited from Huttonsville, WV State Prison and served a Circuit Court Bench Warrant Violation of Probation. His original conviction was for Concealed-Handgun In Vehicle where he was sentenced to a 3-year jail term with all but 37-days suspended and 5-years Supervised Probation. He is being held without bond pending a bail review in Circuit Court.
