Allegany County Emergency Services responding late last night just before 9PM to a water rescue in Mexico Farms along Mikes Lane. Maryland State Police Aviation unit Trooper 5 also responding to assist with the rescue. The party ranging in ages from 4 years old to 30 years old along with the family dog had become stranded in the river after losing their boat and kayaks. All individuals rescued with no further incident reported.
