Jonathan Board is the new executive director of the West Virginia First Foundation—a private nonprofit created to handle opioid settlement funds throughout the state. Board’s background includes governmental affairs, substance use disorder policy, oversight and fundraising. He was previously vice president of external affairs for Vandalia Health.
