On January 6th, Officers form the Cumberland Police Department (CPD) were dispatched to an assault victim on Willowbrook Road. Upon arrival Officers conducted an investigation which led Officers to a residence on the 500 block of Bedford Street. At the residence Matthew Scott Miller was placed under arrest for several assault charges. Matthew Scott Miller was taken to Allegany County Detention Center to await his hearing.
Arrest: Matthew Scott Miller, age 36, Cumberland MD
Charges: First Degree Assault, Second Degree Assault, False Imprisonment and Reckless Endangerment
