The National Weather Service has issues a Wind Advisory from 1 p.m. Wednesday till 1 a.m. Thursday for portions of western Maryland, central, northwest, and western Virginia, and eastern West Virginia.

West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
