A heavy mixed precipitation. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches and ice accumulations of up to one quarter of an inch. In Maryland, Garrett and Extreme Western Allegany Counties. In West Virginia, Western Mineral County until 8 PM this evening.
Travel may be difficult to nearly impossible.
The heaviest snow will fall in western Allegany, western Mineral and eastern Garrett counties, while the heaviest ice will occur in western Garrett County.
