Maryland is not the only state dealing with housing shortages. Governor Moore has allocated $290 million for housing and community development projects in his proposed budget. Now, Governor Jim Justice is following suit in West Virginia with a $50 million dollar proposal to come from the state’s surplus to construct new housing across the state.
