Governor Patrick Morrisey has announced BDO USA was selected to conduct independent performance evaluations for the Department of Human Services, Homeland Security, and Transportation. The announcement follows promises made by the governor to identify ways to make state government more efficient and make public programs more accountable to the people of West Virginia. BDO will review compliance with federal and state laws, analyze performance metrics against best practices, and recommend practical measures to modernize operations.
