Several of the legislators who represent Mineral County are portions of it will be participating in town hall meetings after Christmas. Del. Gary Howell, who represents District 56, announced Friday that two meetings have been scheduled for constituents to meet with their legislators on Thursday, Dec. 28. The first meeting is set for 5-6 p.m. at the Mineral County Courthouse, and will include Senators Dave Sypolt, Craig Blair, Charles Trump and Randy Smith, as well as Del. Howell. Then, from 7-8 p.m., Senators Blair and Trump and Del. Howell will meet with the public in the Carpendale Town Hall. According to Howell, Senators Sypolt and Smith may schedule a meeting that evening in Elk Garden and if they do, details will be released prior to that day
