Rainfall Record Shattered

Heavy rain across Maryland caused flooding and road closings for the second time this month. On Friday, rain showers had brought Baltimore's total September rainfall to 12.73 inches, surpassing the 12.41 inch recordwhich was set in 1934 according to the National Weather Service.
