Officers responded to Martins Market on Park St. for a report of a shoplifter in custody. Upon their arrival they contacted store security personnel who advised that they witnessed Kristin Bible place several DVDs in her purse and then exit the store without paying for them. Bible stole 9 DVDs valued at $140. She was issued a Criminal Citation for the theft and released.
