On 11/27/2011, Senior Trooper C. W. Miller responded to the LaVale United Methodist Church, located at 565 National Highway in LaVale, Allegany County, Maryland, in reference to a theft.  The investigation revealed that 4 copper downspouts had been removed from the church building, and stolen by unknown suspect(s).  The value of the downspouts is approximately $500.00.  It is approximated that the theft occurred between 11/24/2011 and 11/27/2011.  Anyone having information on the theft are urged to contact Senior Trooper Miller at 301-729-2101, ext. 7161.
