On 2/11/2013 at 2039 hours Troopers from the Cumberland Barrack responded to Md. Rt. 36 south of Legislative Road for a motor vehicle collision. Investigation revealed operator Cailah Harris of Midlothian, MD traveling north bound Rt 36 traveled across the center line, striking a vehicle traveling south bound driven by a Sally Muir of Barton, Md. Tri-Towns and Georges Creek ambulance service transported the two drivers and three children involved in the collision to the Western Maryland Region Health System and treated for non life threaten injuries. Harris was issued a traffic citation for the collision.
