Let us take the money that we didn’t use in last year’s school budget and Install video cameras and TV in each classroom. This can be done before this school year
Then this year have 1/2 of the class come in 1st semester and the other 1/2 second semester (This would take care of the bussing issue also)
The teacher would teach their normal class and the other 1/2 of the students would see it live
The school would let the parent pick what semester they wanted so their kids attend with their friends.
This would also set us up for any future problems with school closings. The teachers could go to school and students could participate from home on emergencies.

For work, I have studied the statistics, trends, and characteristics of COVID-19. Allegany Co is currently at a great and safe position to resume in person school.
Our county is currently at a 0.05% positivity rate. Keep in mind that the CDC is recommending areas with less than a 5% positivity rate can safely return. We, the parents, simply want a choice. The benefits of returning to school, for our children, are greater than the risks… however, with a parent choice, parents can make a decision that they’re comfortable with.
