Late Friday afternoon, Allegany County Sheriff Office responded to 15608 Westwood Drive, Bel Air, Allegany County, Maryland for a reported breaking and entering. Deputies made contact with the complainant, Aaron Casey Moorehead. Mr. Moorehead stated that his cousin, Kevin Fitzgerald, age 22 of Bel Air made entry into his residence and assaulted him. Investigation led to the arrest of Mr. Fitzgerald. He was transported to District Court and held on $20,000 bond. Mr. Fitzgerald was charged with one count of 2nd degree assault, 3rd degree burglary and reckless endangerment.
