Cumberland City Police confirmed to WCBC News that they are investigating a series of destruction of property incidents that have occurred in the Greene Street area of Cumberland.
Lieutenant James Burt said it’s an active investigation, and so far, no arrests have been made as evidence continues to be collected and evaluated. Burt said a similar series of incidents occurred in the Fall of 2015.
One of the businesses, Pyzanos Italian Restaurant, had the door kicked in, and neighboring businesses suffered damage as well.
