On 1/23/2021 at approximately 2:45 PM the Cumberland City Police responded to a residence in the 300 block of Greene Street for an assault.
Upon arrival officers contacted the victim. The victim advised Rachael Nicole Dolly had thrown an item at their face. Officers observed an injury to the victim and placed Dolly under arrest. The victim did not require medical assistance for the injury.
Dolly was taken before a District Court Commissioner and released on her personal recognizance.
Arrested – Rachael Nicole Dolly (32) Cumberland, MD
Charge – Assault 2nd Degree
