Cumberland man arrested on cocaine charges

On Wednesday of the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force, with the assistance of the Frostburg City Police Department, Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and Cumberland City Police Department executed a search and seizure warrant in the 100 block of East Main Street, Frostburg, MD.

The search warrant was the result of an investigation by the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force into the distribution of cocaine in the Allegany County area. During the subsequent search, Allegany County Narcotics Task Force investigators located large amounts of cocaine, marijuana, United States Currency and CDS packaging material.   

As a result, Christopher Aguilar, 38, of Cumberland, MD was arrested. 

Aguilar was charged with the following:

 

- CDS POSS W/INT TO DIST COCAINE

- CDS POSS W/INT TO DIST MARIJUANA

- CDS: POSS-NOT MARIJUANA

- CDS: POSS MARIJUANA 10 GM+

 

 

Following his initial appearance, Aguilar was held without bond.  The investigation is ongoing.

    This guy made the best tacos in Frostburg&lavale. I admire a small business owner who actually had a vision/motivation and was involved in the community. He has erred as all of us have. He deserves bail. However the repeat scum morally bankrupt addicted offenders who have less than nothing to offer = catch and release
