Bench Warrant Served
On Saturday, March 16th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Deborah Lynn Moorehead. The warrant was issued by District Court when she failed to appear for trial on January, 1st, 2019 for driving without a license. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on her own personal recognizance pending trial.

Failure to Obey Arrest
On Saturday, March 16th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Maryland Avenue address for a disturbance. When officers arrived, contact was made with Shanel Marie Arnold who was determined to be the cause of the disturbance. Arnold was told by officer to keep the peace and not to have any more complaints. Later, officers again had to respond to the same Maryland Avenue residence for another disturbance. Arnold at that time was arrested for failing to obey a lawful order. She was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial.
