On January 27, 2019 the Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Tamara Beavers, age 54 of Cumberland, MD. The Criminal Summons stemmed from the victim applying for charges on Beavers in District Court. The Criminal Summons charged Beavers with harassment, telephone misuse, and electric mail harassment. The Summons was served and Beavers was released pending trial.
