On February 21, 2015 at approximately 1:37 AM, officers from the Cumberland City Police Department responded to 325 Pennsylvania Avenue for a domestic disturbance.   Information was received that a male and female where were involved in an argument on the front porch of the residence.  This was the third time in less than two hours that officers had to respond to this residence for a disturbance between Christy Dawn Wolfe and Joseph Lee Wolfe.  Once officers arrived they observed Mr. Wolfe walking away from the residence.  Wolfe was stopped by the officers and detained until they could speak with the witnesses in this ongoing matter.  Officers were able to contact a witness who informed them that this was the third time she heard people yelling and screaming at each other in front of the residence.  Mr. Wolfe was positively identified by the witness as one of the subjects who was creating the disturbance.  Mr. Wolfe was placed under arrest at the scene.   Mrs. Wolfe was also located in the area and placed under arrest at the scene.  Both subjects were transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing.  Christy and Joseph were issued criminal citations for disturbing the peace and later released from the police station.

Charge: Disturbing the Peace.
