Frostburg Drug Bust Nets Baltimore Man

On March 28, 2019, members of the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force, with the assistance of the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office, Cumberland Police Department, Frostburg City Police Department, Garrett County Narcotics Task Force, Maryland State Police Cumberland Barrack and Maryland State Police Gang Enforcement Unit executed a search and seizure warrant in the 100 block of Bowery Street, Frostburg, MD. The search and seizure warrant was the result of a four month-long investigation into the distribution and sales of heroin and cocaine in the Allegany County area.

Located during the search warrant was a handgun, a large amount of heroin, cocaine and crack cocaine, and CDS packaging materials and equipment.

As a result Parrish Letric Williams Jr., 30 of Baltimore, was arrested and charged with the following:

- CDS DIST-NARC
- CDS: POSSESS-NOT MARIJUANA (2 Counts)
- CDS: POSS W/I DIST: NARC (2 Counts)
- FIREARM/DRUG TRAF CRIME
- CDS-POSS OF FIREARMS

Following his initial appearance, Williams was held without bond.
