Gov. Larry Hogan delivers his fourth State of the State Address today. Hogan will deliver it at noon before a joint session of the Maryland General Assembly. Like past years, Governor Hogan is expected to use this speech to promote his legislative agenda which this year includes a truth-in-sentencing measure, a measure to provide an anti-corruption watchdog for public schools, and business tax credits. WCBC will broadcast the address live courtesy of Maryland Public Television.
