For the past two weeks, WCBC has been seeking information about a data breach that affected Maryland state employees but, until now, little information has been available. District 1C Delegate Mike McKay has been able to gather some information through his channels…
McKay was told that technology can tell if someone accessed the file, and no one appears to have done that. However, the letters alerting to the potential breach were sent out as a precaution.
