The Cumberland Times News reports a Fulton County man was killed Thursday when he was struck by a vehicle at a construction site in Quemahoning Township in Somerset County, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Andrew Edward VanHorn, 35, of Wells Tannery, died in the 4:14 p.m. accident. No other information was provided by police.
